ZELDA had the privilege of being invited yesterday to participate at the European High-Level Conference on Biosolutions 2026, organised by the European Biosolutions Coalition.
Our team from Université libre de Bruxelles joined discussions in both the roundtable with 20 biosolitions experts and the high-level panel gathering around 200 stakeholders – including European Commission policymakers, MEPs, industry leaders, and CBE JU representatives.
Key discussions included the EU Biotech Act, regulatory frameworks, market opportunities, infrastructure, and scaling bio-based innovation.
..and we also had a small exhibition corner featuring our initial tests of ZELDA biosolutions on tomatoes, which sparked great interest from visitors!
