One year into the ZELDA project, consortium partners gathered in Madrid for the General Assembly, hosted by BIOCAR-CIEMAT. The two-day meeting provided an opportunity to review the project’s first achievements, strengthen collaboration, exchange technical insights, and define priorities for the months ahead.
The agenda included technical discussions and workshops, fostering knowledge exchange among partners and supporting the development of innovative solutions. A key highlight was the visit to CIEMAT’s laboratories, where participants explored ongoing research into innovative fractionation processes for oligosaccharide production.
The meeting marked an important milestone for ZELDA, highlighting the value of shared expertise, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a common vision for translating research and technological advances into practical solutions.
As the project enters its next phase, the consortium looks forward to building on the progress achieved so far and advancing its research objectives. Further updates on ZELDA’s first-year highlights and results will be shared soon!
